Bruce Caswell

Bruce Caswell serves as president and general manager of the health services segment at MAXIMUS. He  is responsible for overseeing the development, growth and operations of the company’s largest business segment, which includes program administration for Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program, the Center for Health Literacy, and our Canadian health operations.

Previously, Caswell was at IBM Corporation for nine years, serving most recently as vice president, state and local government and education industries for IBM Business Consulting Services. During his tenure at IBM, Caswell also served as director of federal sales for BCS and led sales and business development teams in IBM’s marketing and software organizations nationally and globally. Prior to IBM, he was a manager for Price Waterhouse, Office of Government Services in the policy research and analysis practice unit.

Caswell holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Haverford College, and a master’s degree in public policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
