Executive Profile: Paul Nedzbala of SRA International Inc.

Paul Nedzbala is vice president and director of health research and informatics at SRA International Inc. Nedzbala manages the day-to-day operations of the global health sector unit, which provides research, informatics and IT services to the U.S. public health sector arena.

Nedzbala joined SRA in the acquisition of Constella Group, LLC, in August 2007. He was chief operating officer for the Constella health sciences business unit providing solutions in various areas, including research, technology and public health program development and support for U.S. domestic health agencies.

Nedzbala has more than 20 years of federal-contracting experience, which began with IT projects including developing state-of-the-art biosurveillance technologies, multifunctional Web applications, and various research-related technology infrastructures for U.S. government agencies.

Nedzbala joined Constella in the 2001 acquisition of United Information Systems, where he had served in various leadership roles, including vice president of IT services. Prior to joining Constella, he served as program manager for the Washington Consulting Group, where he led a team of software engineers in supporting IT initiatives for the National Institute of Mental Health.
