Executive Profile: Scott W. Rogers of Executive Mosaic

Scott W. Rogers serves as the CFO/COO of Executive Mosaic, where he focuses predominately on the media properties including ExecutiveBiz, GovConWire and other associated firms.

In his role as CFO, Rogers is responsible for financial control and planning at ExecutiveBiz. He reports to President and CEO, Jim Garrettson. In his position, Rogers is responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of the internal systems that create and deliver ExecutiveBiz’s products and services.

Before joining ExecutiveBiz, Scott W. Rogers was a successful entrepreneur with more than six years of experience in the Residential Construction Industry.

Prior to that, Scott has a decade-long experience in the telecom sector. He served as Director of Financial Operations and Administration of Wisor Telecom, where he helped restructure the ailing software company after the dot-com crash by securing the remaining assets, cost containment and overhauling financial operations. Before Wisor, Scott held a position as Manager of Business Analysis at Net2000 Communications, where he developed and implemented business analysis processes and models for review of all company products.

Prior to Net2000, Scott worked as financial analyst at Loral / Orion assisting with a $40M IPO and a $710M bond offering.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from James Madison University.
