Executive Profile: Katherine Kerchner of Lockheed Martin

Katherine Kerchner is the Chief Financial Officer of Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services and Vice President of Financial Services. In this position, she is responsible for identifying and implementing value-add services, maintaining and improving cost competitiveness, contributing to the profitability, strengthening program management and controls and developing a Finance and Business Operations team.

Kerchner also leads Lockheed’s Finance Transformation initiative which is focused on positioning Finance & Business Operations. She has held various positions within the company throughout her 27 years with Lockheed Martin.

Kerchner is also on the Sandia National Laboratory (SNL) Board of Directors.  She is a member of the SNL Audit and Ethics Committee, a committee of the SNL Board, and  is a member of the SNL Investment Committee.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
