Executive Profile: Tom Mutryn of CACI International

Mutryn_tom_smallTom Mutryn is executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at CACI International Inc., where he also heads the company’s mergers and acquisitions program.

Mutryn is also responsible for CACI’s internal audit and financial accounting activities, and he manages the company’s capital structure including cash management, bank relationships, interest rate strategies, and equity and debt offerings.

Since joining CACI in 2006, Mutryn has played a vital role in the company’s acquisitions and finance management. Within his first year, Mutryn oversaw CACI’s four acquisitions that helped raise the company’s revenue to $1.94 billion for the year of 2007.

He also was previously named Corporate Executive Dealmaker of the Year by the Association for Corporate Growth for his work with CACI.

He was named one of ExecutiveBiz’s “Ten CFOs to Watch in 2010.”

Before joining the CACI, Mutryn was senior vice president and chief financial officer for GTSI Corporation. There, he directed the company’s finance and accounting activities. Prior, he was senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer for U.S. Airways, where he directed its treasury, purchasing, investor relations, accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, tax and aircraft sales functions.

Earlier in his career, he was in similar executive positions for United Airlines and American Airlines.
