Profile: Krisstie Kondrotis, CACI EVP for Business Development
Krisstie Kondrotis is executive vice president for business development at CACI International Inc., where she oversees the strategic and tactical direction of the firm’s business development efforts.
Kondrotis, who joined CACI in November, also advises senior management on plans for key customers.
Prior to CACI, Kondrotis served as vice president of business development and strategy for the intelligence solutions division at General Dynamics‘ information technology business unit.
This division focuses on developing new business in the areas of enterprise-wide engineering, development, program management and operations and sustainment for the intelligence community.
Kondrotis joined GDIT in 2007 after a nearly 20-year career at Lockheed Martin. Her most recent position at Lockheed was as business development director for the F-22 program.
Earlier in her career, she was a systems engineer with the Titan IV program, joining then-Martin Marietta in the acquisition management field in 1987.
Kondrotis holds a master’s degree in operations management from Regis University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Northern Colorado. She received the title of National Security Management Fellow from Syracuse University in 2009.
