NetApp was ranked sixth on the list and the company announced Thursday it was ranked in the top 10 for the fourth consecutive year. This is also the sixth consecutive year NetApp has been ranked in the top 15.
Accenture also celebrated its staying power on the list this week. The company said on Thursday that it was named to the top 100 list for the fourth consecutive year.

Fortune said it surveys 280 companies for the “100 Best Companies to Work For” list. The survey asks employees about management credibility, camaraderie and job satisfaction. Fortune also issues a culture audit which includes questions about salary and benefit programs, hiring practices, diversity efforts, internal communication methods and training and recognition programs.
