CIBER Names Dillon, Carter Leaders in Company’s Oracle Partnership

CIBER has appointed Mike Dillon and Garth Carter to leadership positions in the company’s partnership with Oracle, CIBER announced Thursday.

CIBER appointed Dillon to lead CIBER’s North American Oracle practice and appointed Carter to lead CIBER’s Oracle sales.

Dillon joined CIBER in 1996 and founded CIBER’s higher education practice.

CIBER said it became Oracle’s top integrator in higher education and had more than 200 universities and community colleges as clients.

Dillon also established and ran the public sector practice between the companies.

Carter, a 16-year CIBER veteran, has held various sales and delivery roles within the company. Most recently, he marketed the companies products to hundreds of clients.
