She will report to President and CEO Peter Masanotti and work at the company’s Falls Church, Va. headquarters.
She will develop, use and maintain reporting of benchmark-based metrics to help the company improve its processes.
She will also implement best practices for improving processes across the company.
The 15-year public and private sector veteran was previously business transformation and process improvement program manager at SAIC Inc.
She helped senior executives develop and implement process improvement strategies, governance structure and performance management metrics.
She also developed the company’s enterprise-wide management reporting packages.
She has also worked for BearingPoint, formerly KPMG Consulting, and Freddie Mac in business and operations transformation roles..
