Accenture, AT&T, CACI Among ERE Recruiting Award Winners

Three companies that hold government contracts were among the winners of recruiting awards at an expo last week in San Diego, Ere.net reports.

Accenture repeated its win last year for having the best employee referral program.

For this year, the consulting firm focused on allowing employees to search for open jobs, share them through social media and track the status of their referrals.

AT&T took home the award for having the best military talent program.

The telecommunications company has participated in 50 traditional and virtual military career fairs, according to Ere.net.

Veterans who work at the company also reached out to other veterans applying for jobs at the company.

CACI International Inc. won in the recruiting department/function of the year category for the second consecutive year.

The Arlington, Va.-based professional services firm hired a personal recruiter coach to develop and implement individual recruiter learning plans.
