CACI’s Dan Allen on $10B Army Comm Systems IDIQ

CACI International holds a prime position on a potential $10 billion contract to provide communications devices and systems to the U.S. Army, the company announced Tuesday.

The company will compete for task orders to design, produce and integrate mobile and fixed-site communications system and networks for supporting both defense and civilian agency missions.

President and CEO Dan Allen said in a release this contract represents new work for the company in the global communications market and in C4ISR (command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance).

The Army’s program executive office for command, control and communications-tactical awarded the five-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
