CACI Confirms Software and Systems Engineering Rating; Ken Asbury Comments

CACILogoCACI International Inc. has renewed its CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3 rating for its U.S. operations after completing its latest appraisal for the enterprise rating.

The Arlington, Va.-based company confirmed the Level 3 grade it received three years ago for its continued ability to improve its business practices and services, according to a CACI article.

“By sustaining our CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3 rating for software and systems engineering solutions, we recommit to our customers and shareholders that CACI has the resources, capabilities, and intent to protect our base of business and grow in our addressable markets,” said Ken Asbury, CACI President and CEO.

Federal agencies use capability maturity model integration for development, or CMMI-DEV, ratings to determine a bidding contractor’s ability to perform on systems engineering, integration and software projects.

John Mengucci, CACI chief operating officer and president of U.S. operations, said the reviewers also mentioned his team’s project delivery programs and customer feedback mechanism.
