Stefanie Holland, formerly director of international policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, has joined CompTIA as director of international government and regulatory affairs.
She will oversee the development and implementation of CompTIA’s positions on public policies that concern international trade matters, CompTIA said Monday.
“Stefanie’s experience in global trade and international policy make her an excellent fit for CompTIA,” said Ken Montgomery, CompTIA’s vice president for international trade regulation, compliance and policy.
He added that Holland will collaborate with CompTIA member firms to address priority trade issues in domestic and international markets and represent the organization at multilateral and international events.
At the Chamber of Commerce, Holland worked to advance pro-business trade policies before lawmakers and the administration and was part of trade campaigns with Colombia, Panama and South Korea.
Holland previously worked at Barbour Griffith & Rogers and served as the president of the Washington, D.C., chapter of Women in International Trade, where she was also co-chair of the WIIT legislative initiatives committee.
