argotekJason Nizialek, valedictorian and voted most likely to succeed in his class at Grand Island High School in Buffalo, NY, and graduate of Duke University, is the President and CEO of ARGOTEK, Inc., an information assurance and systems security engineering subsidiary of British contractor Cobham, plc.  Argotek specializes in information systems security engineering, information assurance enabling technology and standards, communications security, certification and accreditation, architecture development, management applications and design, and cryptographic evaluation/certification. Offerings include strategic planning services, including definition and interpretation of organizational engineering performance requirements; concept development and requirements analysis services, including abstract or concept studies and analysis, requirements definition, preliminary planning, and evaluation of alternative technical approaches; and system design, engineering, and integration services, including translation of systems, concept into a preliminary and detailed design, risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.

Argotek also provides test and evaluation services; integrated logistics support services, like analysis, planning, and design of various engineering specific logistics support services; and acquisition and life cycle management services, like planning, budgetary, contract, and systems/program management execution. Customers include the United States Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Federal/Civil Agencies, and commercial entities. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Chantilly, Virginia. Argotek, Inc. was purchased by Cobham plc. on May 22, 2009, and operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
