NJVC used their annual golf tournament to raise $14,000 for Laptops for the Wounded, a program that helps wounded soldiers use laptops to communicate with their friends and family back home. The golf tournament was held June 26 and its 150 participants included the president and CEO of Laptops for the Wounded, Phil Drouin, as well as NJVC employees.
“NJVC is unwaveringly committed to our employees, our partners and our nation’s service members,” commented Jody Tedesco, NJVC President and General Manager. “Our support for Laptops for the Wounded is a small token of gratitude for their sacrifice.”
The company has been raising money for Laptops for the Wounded for over a year and plans to hold a second golf tournament in late August.
