SAIC’s Ray Starling to Discuss Hawaii Energy Efficiency Program on HPR

The focus of Monday’s Energy Futures show will be SAIC’s plans for the Hawaii Energy Efficiency Program. The State Legislature of Hawaii awarded SAIC responsibility for the Hawaii Energy Efficiency Program on July 1 after they determined an independent third party would be a more suitable administrator than the Hawaiian Electric Company.

Ray Starling, SAIC’s Hawaii Program Manager, will be present to discuss the future of the program and energy efficiency initiative rebates for utility customers. The show will air on Monday August 24 at 5 pm on KIPO-FM (89.3) and online at hawaiipublicradio.org.
