Pamela Little has been an executive and chief financial officer at ATSC since 2007. Prior to joining the company, Little was vice president and chief financial officer of Athena Innovative Solutions, Inc. and ZKD, Inc., where she was responsible for all financial and administrative functions and for negotiating the sale and integration of the company to McNeil Technologies, Inc.
From 2000 to 2003, Little was vice president and chief financial officer of DAI, where she was recruited to perform a company turnaround. From 1991 to 1999, Little was executive vice president for Welch Engineering and Mitech Inc, where she was responsible for financial, operational, administrative and marketing. From 1984 to 1991, she held several executive roles with IDEAS, Inc. and its affiliate, MICROS Systems, Inc., including senior vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer of MICROS and chief operating officer and president of IDEAS.
During her tenure at IDEAS, Little was also a member of the board of directors and was responsible for executing a turnaround of IDEAS. From 1978 to 1984, Little served as corporate controller for Planning Research Corporation. Little currently serves as director of Sandy Spring Bank, where she is chairman of the Audit Committee. She also serves on the board of directors of the Professional Services Council and as chairman of the advisory board of Montgomery College Macklin Business Institute and as a member of the part-time faculty at Montgomery College in the business department.
Little received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Maryland and her master’s degree from Loyola College.
