Executive Profile: Dusty Wince of KnowledgeCG

Dusty Wince is the CEO of KnowledgeCG, which he founded in 2000. Prior to founding KCG, he served as vice president of consulting for Federal Sources, Inc., where he grew the business by concentrating on large, complex federal IT program capture services, as well as assisting emerging technology companies in expanding their federal presence.

Prior to Federal Sources, Wince served as vice president of CIBER Enterprise Integration Practice, building a practice based on delivering Microsoft enterprise services to government clients with mission-critical programs. Prior to CIBER EIP, Wince was co-founder and vice president of Business Impact Systems, where he developed a profitable practice supplying enterprise integration services and constructing partnerships with industry leading systems integration and defense companies.

Wince began his career with Electronic Data Systems and spent more than a decade with the military systems division, where he worked as program manager for large IDIQ contracts supplying networking products and services to U.S. military customers.

Wince has a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance.
