JR Reagan is principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has more than 25 years of financial, commercial and public services sector experience managing enterprise security, technology, fraud and risk management initiatives in more than 20 countries worldwide.
Reagan has security operations and program management experience with numerous U.S. agencies, including FDIC, Census, DHS, HHS, USDA, FBI, NASA, DISA, DARPA, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and Army. His commercial and international experience includes engagements with Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Wachovia, China Construction Bank, Pfizer, eBay, Microsoft, World Bank and the governments of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Ireland, Canada, United Kingdom and France.

Reagan is a doctoral candidate in organizational leadership at Shenandoah University, and he also holds a master’s degree in management information systems from Bowie State University and a bachelor’s in sociology from The University of the State of New York. He is a graduate of NSA National Cryptologic School; Advanced Korean Language Studies Program at Yonsei University; Graduate School of Banking Technology & Operations at Vanderbilt University; Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard Law School; and New Market Growth Innovation Workshop at Harvard Business School. He also holds a Certified Information Security Manager designation from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
