Executive Profile: Christopher M. Bishop of NCI Information Systems, Inc.

Christopher M. Bishop is senior vice president of business development and capture management at NCI Information Systems, Inc. As such, he leads the company’s business development and capture management initiatives and provides strategic guidance and direction across all corporate business development activities.

Bishop’s areas of expertise include innovative thought leadership and capture strategy development, strategic planning and competitive analysis, cost estimating and analysis, strategic pricing, incentive and performance-based contracting, strategic market analysis and account penetration, and due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to NCI, Bishop worked at SRA International, Inc. as vice president and deputy director of marketing and sales. He served also served as the capture executive on high-priority, strategic engagements leading and overseeing bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies. Additionally, he managed a multi-billion-dollar pipeline and the management and analysis of reporting forecasts for lines of business.

Bishop has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and master’s in economics and international finance from Marymount University.
