Kathleen Frederick is Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Ericsson Federal Inc. In this position, Frederick is responsible for overseeing all of the Human Resources operations. This includes management of recruiting, organization development, performance management, and employee rewards for the company.

Before joining Ericsson, Frederick was Director of Human Resources for Serco North America. With this company, she was responsible for the company’s HR operations for all of the 11,000 employees.

She has also held leadership positions within other defense contractors such as Intelligence Data Systems, Titan Corporation and BTG Inc.

Kathleen earner her B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University and a M.S. in Human Resource Management from American University.
