Roger Duke serves as Senior Vice President for Contracts and Procurement for QinetiQ North America. He is responsible for integrating the contracts and procurement aspects in QinetiQ’s twelve North America acquired companies. His leadership provides tools that help the company continue to grow.

Before joining QinetiQ in 2008, Duke was Senior Vice President for Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC (RTSC). While on the leadership team there, Duke oversaw a geographically dispersed team and was responsible for $2 billion in contracts for the company.

Before this position, Duke was Director of Contracts for another division of Raytheon, the Strategic Systems Unit.

Prior to joining Raytheon in 2001, Duke was Vice President for Transcept, Inc. He also held various positions at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he spent 17 years. He was responsible for Lockheed’s sale of the Commercial Telemarking business.

Duke earned his B.S. in economics from the University of New Hampshire and his MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire. He is also a graduate of the Mahler Institute.
