This week, TASC, Inc. announced it named Wayne M. Rehberger, vice president and chief financial officer, effective June 28, 2010. TASC President and CEO Wood Parker commented on the announcement, saying Rehberger will play a significant role in the company’s focus on performance and growth as it expands in existing and new markets.

A-T Solutions named retired U.S. Coast Guard Vice Adm. David Pekoske to the position of executive vice president.

ASM promoted Russell “Rusty” Frutiger to senior vice president of the Government Solutions Group, who in this new capacity will be responsible for establishing, cultivating and maintaining business relations with ASM’s Government Solutions customers.

Additionally, John Gannon was named president of BAE Systems’ information solutions business, a move President and CEO Linda Hudson said will have “a major, positive impact on BAE Systems’ intelligence and security business.”
