Under the subcontract, SAIC will provide enhanced help-desk and data-center support, as well as support for financial management systems, application development and database administration.
“We look forward to providing quality IT services to GSFC that will help streamline and reduce the cost of ongoing operations, enhance help desk capabilities, and implement data center virtualization and consolidation,” said Doug Wagoner, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager.
The five-year subcontract is valued at more than $80 million. Work will be performed at the GSFC in Greenbelt, Md.
