Deltek to Acquire INPUT for $60 Million

Deltek, Inc. has a deal in place to purchase INPUT, Inc. for $60 million.

INPUT focuses on helping firms identify and develop new business opportunities with government organizations.

Acquiring INPUT is a landmark move for Deltek, said Kevin Parker, president and CEO of Deltek.

The deal is expected to be finalized by the end of the week.
