ManTech Names Ralph R. Tuccillo Corporate VP of Capture Management

ManTech International Corporation announced today the appointment of Ralph R. Tuccillo as corporate vice president of capture management.

Tuccillo will lead the company’s business capture efforts, working closely with ManTech’s business units to develop and execute effective business capture strategies for major federal opportunities.

Prior to joining, Tuccillo served as senior vice president of business development for McNeil Technologies, and senior vice president for capture management at CACI International. At both companies, Tuccillo helped drive numerous multimillion-dollar wins with major federal agencies. Before that, he was director of business development for DynCorp, and became the executive director of capture management at CSC when the two firms merged in 2003.

During a 30-year career with the U.S. Army, Tuccillo served as chief of staff of the U.S. Army Military District of  Washington and was commander of the Army Air Force Exchange  Service-Europe. He also held various logistics and business leadership positions.
