TechTeam Picks Up DoD Technical Support Contract

TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc.’s Sytel Division has been awarded a contract to provide technical support services for the Department of Defense Office of the Deputy Chief Management Officer.

The base year of the task order is valued at $2.5 million, and there are also two option years.

Under the contract, TechTeam will support the operation of an enterprise information exchange for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and support the DCMO in its performance improvement and metrics effort. TechTeam will also develop and implement a federation of architectures within and across the DCMO office that align across defense business systems and the Global Information Grid  to help deploy and operate an infrastructure in support of DCMO initiatives.

“The federal government is characterized by persistent change, and we know that agencies must continuously adapt to ever-evolving mandates, policies, priorities, systems, technologies and business processes – especially in the enterprise architecture field,” said David Kriegman, president of TechTeam Government Solutions. “Using TechTeam’s leading edge enterprise architecture capabilities and innovative practices, as well as our world-class program management and consulting skills, we look forward to helping DCMO meet its mission: to support the warfighter and manage the enterprise architecture sources of the future Department of Defense.”
