ACG Honors M&A Leader Mike Fisher of SRA

The National Capital chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth honored SRA International, Inc’s Vice President of Corporate Development Mike Fisher earlier this month with a 2011 Corporate Executive Dealmaker of the Year award.

The ACG award spotlights corporate executives who show consequential achievement in cultivating corporate deals that lead to growth. Fisher’s award recognizes strides he and SRA made toward those ends.

More specifically, ACG pointed to the January 2010 acquisition of Perrin Quarles Associates, the July 2010 acquisition of Sentech, Inc., the November 2010 acquisition of Platinum Solutions, Inc. and the November 2010 sales of SRA Airport Operations Solutions as the bases for the award.

“We are very proud of Mike and it is an honor to be recognized by ACG for SRA’s M&A activities that support our corporate growth strategy,” said SRA President and CEO Stan Sloane. “Mike has participated in SRA acquisitions and divestitures since 2002 which have strengthened SRA’s market position and enhanced organic growth.”
