The American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council is spring cleaning. The councils restructuring culminated last night in the announcement of appointments to its new ACT Executive Committee.

Led by Executive President Mary Davie of the General Services Administration and ACT Executive Vice President Darren Ash from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the ACT Executive Committee replaces the sitting ACT board of directors.

“We are truly excited to have Ms. Davie and Mr. Ash step into their new executive leadership roles and continue the outstanding level of collaboration with IAC and industry stakeholders,” said Prashant Gaur, current ACT president. “They have both been involved in ACT for a number of years, playing an active role in advancing our mission to improve the business of government through industry-government collaboration.”

The restructuring also lead to the creation of the Senior Government Advisory Council. Advising the ACT Executive Committee, the SGAC will include 10 federal executives who represent government IT interests.
