Dell Services has signed a five-year contract with Hyatt Corporation, an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, to provide flexible IT services and support for the company. Specific services offered will include a single point of contact for end-user support and tracking of all IT incidents and contacts.
Hyatt hopes the partnership with Dell will result in delivery of the highest-quality support services and innovation in addition to improving processes already in place and enabling future growth.
“We look forward to working with and delivering Hyatt innovative solutions and services that enable them to provide a differentiated technology experience,” Steve Schuckenbrock, president of Dell Services, said in a statement. “Our goal is to provide Hyatt and its team members with solutions and support making it more efficient and easier for them to continue to provide the unparalleled level of hospitality that Hyatt guests have come to anticipate and appreciate.”
Hyatt Hotels has more than 451 properties in 43 countries as of March 31 of this year.
