HP Enterprise Services is seeing the results of its partnership with Telekom Serbia. The company announced today Telekom Serbia has completed the first steps in a transformation of its operations and business support systems, an increase agility, reduce costs and improve the overall customer experience.
The leading provider of fixed, mobile and broadband services in Serbia and the Balkans, Telekom Serbia partnered with HP Solutions to improve its service-level management and enhance the customer experience. HP responded by providing a detailed transformation roadmap with a governance plan and a redesign of processes and organization for the network operations center-two deliverables that have helped Telekom Serbia build a service-centric OSS-BSS environment.

After examining Telekom Serbia’s current environment and business objectives, HP identified a goal of 30 initiatives, four of which were most important. HP COSMOS, a framework that combines industry standards with HP experience and best practices to streamline business integration, was used in the consulting process.
