Lockheed Martin Assigns New Positions to Two Top Development Leaders

Lockheed Martin has assigned new positions to two of its senior business development leaders to enhance the company’s ability to enhance domestic and international growth through strong customer relationships.

Paul Lemmo has been promoted to the position of vice president, business development, for the Information Systems & Global Solutions business area, led by Executive Vice President Linda Gooden. He will succeed Thomas J. Oles, who has been appointed vice president, strategy & business development for the electronic systems business area, led by Executive Vice President Marillyn Hewson. Both new positions go into effect July 4.

“Both business areas have large and diverse portfolios that require strong leadership especially in today’s challenging economic and global security environment,” said Pat Dewar, senior vice president for Lockheed Martin strategy & business development. “Paul and Tom have demonstrated the ability to maintain strong, trusting relationships with our customers while understanding their mission.”

Lemmo currently serves as vice president of business development for Electronic Systems’ Missions Systems & Sensors business and has been with Lockheed Martin for 24 years. Oles currently serves as vice president, business development at IS&GS and has more than 28 years of experience in technical, managerial and business development.
