NetApp Named one of 50 ‘Best Places to Work’ in Australia and Beyond

NetApp has been named to the Australian BRW ‘50 Best Places to Work’ list, the fourth year in a row the company has earned this distinction.

The IT solutions corporation credits its open work environment as the key to its success, placing a high value on employee input and fostering a shared dialogue within the workplace. Companies earn their spots on the BRW list mostly due to their employees’ responses to the Great Place to Work Trust Index and the Great Place to Work Culture Audit.

“Our team of people is the key to what makes NetApp such a great place to work,” NetApp Vice President for ANZ Peter O’Connor said. “We are very proud of being a great place to work, and I thank the NetApp Australia team for its continued dedication to going beyond and providing an outstanding experience for our customers.”

NetApp’s philosophy has earned high praise across the globe-the company ranked among the top 10 Great Places to Work in nine additional countries, including Switzerland, Japan and the United States.
