Richard Tallman Named New VP of Business Development for USIS

Information and security services provider USIS has appointed Richard L. Tallman to the position of vice president of business development.

Tallman joins the USIS team after two years as senior vice president, business development for ESP, Inc., where he was in charge of all aspects of business development and new business captures for the company.

He brings years of experience in the government-contracting and legislative industries to his new position, having served as a senior business development executive with government-contracting companies including DynCorp, KBR and Northrop Grumman. Before joining the sector, he served in both the House and Senate as a staff investigator on the House Commerce Committee’s Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, as well as on the Senate Governmental Affairs Oversight Subcommittee.

Tallman earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida State University and a master’s degree in business from The George Washington University.
