Recent Executive Moves: TASC, ICF, Attain and GD

Earlier this month, TASC, Inc. named retired Navy Vice Adm. Thomas J. Kilcline Jr. vice president of its newly formed naval programs unit. Kilcline will lead the new naval programs operating unit in charge of operations in San Diego, Calif., Virginia Beach, Va., Washington, D.C, and Charleston, SC.

ICF International named retired Air Force Col. Deborah N. Burgess senior vice president responsible for ICF’s work related to the use of technology in healthcare with special emphasis on the Defense Department.

Attain named Theodore Bosnak, former senior director of education and research for Oracle, director in its higher education and academic medical-center business segment. Bosnak will provide leadership to Attain’s enterprise resource planning optimization and business Analytics solutions and services.

General Dynamics named Daniel G. Clare, former senior vice president and chief financial officer for General Dynamics business unit Gulfstream Aerospace, president of its jet aviation business unit.
