Gartner Identifies RightNow as a Leader in Web for Customer Service

RightNow was named a Leader in Gartner’s 2011 Magic Quadrant Web for Customer Service offering suites such as RightNow CX and RightNow Web Experience both aiding customers navigate social networks and the web.

Gartner identifies leaders based on demonstration of market-leading vision, executing that vision, client feedback indicating that company’s products affect the organization’s competitiveness and have six of seven WCS framework components supported as an own OEM solution.
