Stategic solutions provider SumTotal(R) Systems, Inc. has selected New York City Department of Education as a recipient of the Nucleus Research 2011 Technology ROI Award. Recognized for its implementation of the SumTotal Workforce Management Time and Attendance solution, the New York City Department of Education was chosen for skillful deployment of IT solutions that produced a significant financial return on investment.
The Department of Education focused on time, attendance and payroll administration processes to uncover automation opportunities.
