General Dynamics Wins Massachusetts Economic Impact Award

General Dynamics‘ advanced information system business unit is a bronze winner at the Team Massachusetts Economic Impact Awards.

The Massachusetts Alliance for Economic Development selected companies that significantly contributed to the state’s economy.

The company, awarded bronze for the state’s western region, has hired 220 new employees since 2010 and  invested more than $12.6 million in facility upgrades.

“The Impact Awards recognize the progresses that Massachusetts is making by honoring businesses such as General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems that are contributing to this growth,” said Greg Bialecki, the state’s secretary of housing and economic development.
