Profile: David Brager, Mission Essential Personnel, SVP for Technology

Dr. David Brager

Dr. David Brager is senior vice president for technology at Mission Essential Personnel.

Brager oversees MEP’s comprehensive technology strategy, including direct management of the company’s IT and systems development and support departments.

Prior to joining the company, Brager was vice president and chief technology officer at Ericsson Federal, responsible for technology strategy and oversight. At points during his tenure as CTO, he also worked as interim vice president of business development and sales and as interim vice president of professional services.

Other prior experience includes senior leadership roles involving strategy and business development at QinetiQ North America and DTRI, as well as CTO at SAIC.

Brager was also an employee at the CIA and the Air Force’s National Air and Space Intelligence Center.

Brager earned his Ph.D. and master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton and his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Youngstown State University. He is a certified project management professional and licensed professional engineer.
