Xerox CTO Wins Champion Award at Out and Equal Summit

Xerox Corp.’s chief technology officer Sophie Vandebroek was selected as the Champion Outie Award winner at the Out & Equal Workplace Summit in Rochester, N.Y.

A company release says Vandebroek was recognized as playing a pivotal role in promoting equal treatment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees.

“Being the champion for the Xerox LGBT employees has been a wonderful experience, enriching my life and allowing me to help Xerox’s GALAXe caucus group accomplish its goal of making our workplace and the communities in which we all live as inclusive as possible,” Vandebroek said.
