Booz Allen Hamilton has named Dr. Ronald Sanders the highest distinction of “Fellow” in the firm’s new Functional Skills Belting program.

The program was created early this year and recognizes staff members for their performance in high-demand disciplines. In the first cycle, employees had the opportunity to apply for and receive recognition as specialists, experts and fellows in the areas of human capital, learning and cost estimation.

With more than 40 years of experience, Sanders currently serves as a Booz Allen senior executive advisor and assists in the areas of human capital, cyber security, and learning and organizational transformation. He is the first and only Booz Allen employee to achieve the recognition of Fellow.

Prior to joining Booz Allen, Sanders held the positions of first chief human capital officer for the U.S. Intelligence Community, and the Office of Personnel Management’s first associate director for human resource policy.

Sanders earned his doctorate of public administration, masters of science in human resources management and his bachelor’s of arts in business management from The George Washington University.
