The academy is a four-tier progression program that identifies high-potential talent and puts them on a path of advancement through training, mentoring support and pay increases.
The CURT Award recognizes organizations who implement innovative and exemplary workforce development programs that not only encourage people to pursue careers in construction, but develop and retain them.
