ATK Gives Two Senior Execs New Responsibilities

ATK has today announced new responsibilities for two of its senior level executives, including Steve Wold, the company’s vice president and treasurer, and Steve Cortese, senior vice president for ATK’s Washington operations.

Wold, who joined the company in 1996, will now assume responsibility for the company’s investor relations functions in addition to current treasury responsibilities.

Wold has previously served as vice president of investor relations. He has also handled the company’s treasury functions since 2006.

Cortese is now senior vice president of government relations and corporate communications. His additional responsibility will be to assume tasks for the company’s corporate communications function.

He will also be responsible for ensuring understanding of the company’s strategy and implementing plans that aim to enhance the company’s overall recognition, both domestic and international.

Cortese worked for the Senate Appropriations Committee, serving as Minority and Majority Staff Director for both the full Appropriations Committee and the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee.
