DMI Named Finalist for 2011 Contractor of the Year Award

DMI announced it was one of five finalists for the Washington Technology Government Contractor of the Year award in the $25 – $75 million revenue category.

The annual Greater Washington Government Contractor award ceremony honors leadership, innovation and commitment to excellence of both individuals and businesses in the regions government contracting sector. This marked the ceremony’s ninth year in existence.

The awards were presented by the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, Professional Services Council and Washington Technology.

In 2010, DMI took home a contractor of the year award in the $25 – $75 million revenue category, the company said.

“It is an honor to be recognized for a second consecutive year at the Government Contractor of the Year awards ceremony,” said Jay Sunny Bajaj, president and CEO of DMI.
