Profile: Cass Panciocco, CNSI President of Federal Programs

Cass Panciocco, CNSI

Cass Panciocco is president of federal programs at CNSI, where he oversees business development and solutions delivery for the company’s federal division.

CNSI credits the 28-year industry veteran with building new business and improving operating and service models with federal agencies such as the departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Federal Aviation Administration, NASA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Office of Naval Research.

Prior to joining CNSI, Panciocco held executive management positions at many contracting firms, including as chief operating officer of RS Technologies. Following Wyle’s acquisition of RS, he became group president of Wyle Information Systems. At Wyle, he managed the federal government services division and focused on cyber solutions, business intelligence solutions, managed seats and services and unified communications solutions.

Panciocco also has held positions at General Dynamics’ network systems unit, Grayhawk Systems, Veridian Corp. and SIGNAL Corp.

Panciocco started his career as an analyst for the National Security Agency. He holds a bachelor’s degree in resource economics from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Maryland.
