He will lead the Arlington, Va.-based firm’s entry into the specialized intelligence community market.
He will also oversee the company’s long-term growth goals in its main business groups: acquisition management, healthcare solutions, information technology and financial management.
He founded LVI and served as President and CEO until 2011, where he led the company’s delivery of professional services to the intelligence community and Defense Department.
His areas of experience include delivering specialized intelligence systems, acquisition and financial management, enterprise IT services, cyberspace systems and operations support services to intelligence and defense agencies.
He was previously a partner in IBM’s global business service group, where he managed the company’s national intelligence programs account and provided data analysis solutions to intelligence agencies.
Prior to that, he served as a vice president at L-3 Communications, where he led the company’s special operations division and provided specialized engineering and analytical services to the federal government.
