Grant Thornton Taps IBM Vet Novak to Lead National Sales

Grant Thornton LLP has appointed Ed Novak head of national sales, where he will develop the company’s business development team.

The Chicago-based accounting and consulting firm said he will also be responsible for increasing revenue from both existing and new clients.

He previously served a senior vice president for Connectiva Systems Inc., where he was responsible for the global product and service sales.

Prior to that, he held several roles in global sales leadership at Amdocs Inc.

He also held business development leadership positions at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Catapult Consultants earlier this week named another IBM veteran, William Senich, as its new CEO.

Senich managed IBM’s national intelligence programs account and provided data analysis solutions to intelligence agencies.
