STG’s Tamera Rush Recognized for Achievements, Leadership

Tamera Rush, STG Inc.’s vice president for defense systems, has been named in The Daily Record’s list of Maryland’s Top 100 Women for 2012.

The list recognizes outstanding achievements, leadership and mentoring by women through professional accomplishments.

Since 1996, the Record has recognized more than 1,000 influential women in the Maryland area.

This year, 63 women made the list for the first time.

Nominees submit applications outlining their educational and career history, professional and community involvement, corporate and nonprofit board memberships and mentoring experience.

A panel of business professionals and past Top 100 award winners select the recipients.

The annual celebration will be held at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore, MD at 5:00 p.m. on May 7.
