Xerox Names Mark Mayo Human Services Group President

Xerox Corp. has appointed Mark Mayo president of the human services solutions group, the company announced Tuesday.

The 30-year management veteran will be responsible for the unit’s day-to-day operations and report to David Bywater, chief operating officer for state government solutions.

He was previously a partner at Information Services Group, Inc., where he managed the company’s global operations.

Mayo also worked in the health and human services market with eligibility systems and health insurance exchanges.

Prior to joining ISG, he spent 21 years at Electronic Data Systems, now known as HP Enterprise Services , where he served as president of the state and local government business unit.

He held other executive positions in the local business and state sectors.
