CTC’s George McAllister Comments On $230M Navy C4ISR Contract

Concurrent Technologies Corp. holds a position on a potential $230 million contract to provide naval networking and joint space services for a U.S. Navy acquisition command, the company announced Thursday.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic in Charleston, S.C. also awarded positions to General Dynamics’ information technology unit, SAIC Inc. and at least one other company.

CTC is working to provide material technology, joint base planning support, testing, training, education support and technology research management, said George McAllister, CTC’s executive director for special missions solutions.

The company said its work will support the systems for command, control, communications, computers, command systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems (C5ISR).

All commands can purchase contract work under the Defense Department’s joint basin agreement, including the U.S. Navy and other defense and non-defense entities.
